Spirulina Mushroom Pâté

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Spirulina powder
  • 8 oz. white mushrooms, sautéed
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/8 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1 shallot
  • Himalayan/sea salt & Pepper, to taste

METHOD

  1. Place everything in the food processor.
  2. Pulse everything until you reach your preferred texture (smooth or chunky).
  3. Serve spread on crackers or veggies.
  4. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
