INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon Organic Burst Spirulina powder
- 8 oz. white mushrooms, sautéed
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
- 1 shallot
- Himalayan/sea salt & Pepper, to taste
METHOD
- Place everything in the food processor.
- Pulse everything until you reach your preferred texture (smooth or chunky).
- Serve spread on crackers or veggies.
- Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
