Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons Organic Burst Maca powder
- 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup (or other sweetener of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cacao powder, sifted
- pinch salt
- cacao nibs to garnish, optional.
Method
- Throw all the ingredients except the cacao nibs and maca powder into a saucepan and whisk.
- Bring to a low boil, then simmer for several minutes while whisking to remove any remaining clumps. Remove from heat and whisk in Organic Burst Maca powder.
- Pour into mugs and top with cacao nibs to serve (optional).
